Tanya Rihtman

Dr Tanya Rihtman is the Occupational Therapy Programme Lead at Oxford Brookes University. She has nearly 25 years of experience as an occupational therapist, with clinical, research and educational leadership focusing primarily on paediatric practice. Tanya developed the original Little Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire (LDCDQ) as part of her PhD studies and since that time, has led an international research collaboration investigating cross-cultural factors in the early identification of motor coordination difficulties. Additionally, her research interests include the relationship between occupational therapy theory and professional identity, cultural impacts on occupational engagement, and environmental sustainability in occupational therapy education and practice.
