Susanne Seidinger graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Veterinary University of Vienna, Austria, and has gained significant experience in medical affairs, health economy, healthcare policies, market access and reimbursement national, international and global roles in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. In addition, she acquired a certification in Health Technology Assessment from Sheffield University. She joined Ottobock in 2017 and has been serving as Senior Global Market Access & Health Economic Research Manager since 2023. The focus of her research has been the entire spectrum of health economic studies in highly innovative medical, prosthetic and orthotic products. She was awarded with the ISPO Forchheimer Prize for the most outstanding paper on objective clinical assessment, clinical evaluation or clinical measurement published in Prosthetics and Orthotics International during the years prior to the World Congress in 2023.
