Steph is a Senior Occupational Therapist with 30 years of experience, specialising in autism and trauma. Her passion for the outdoors has been a major influence in her life, leading her to activities like rock climbing, mountaineering, swimming, and scuba diving. She has integrated this passion into her OT practice, completing certifications in Forest School therapy and outdoor therapy, and is currently training to be a Forest School Leader.
