Rowan has been working with Essex County Council since 2006, beginning her career working in a special educational needs provision sparking her interest in working with Children with Disabilities. Rowan graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2014 and joined the Children and Young People with Disabilities OT Service shortly after. Rowan has gained extensive understanding of the importance of gathering data to inform fair and equitable service delivery meeting a countywide brief. She has a passion for ensuring individuals have access to suitable accommodation; confidently working alongside professionals from multiple partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for those most in need.
