Rebecca Antrim
Lived Experience Partner,
NHS Hereford and Worcestershire
Rebecca is an AuDHD therapist and neurodiversity consultant living in Herefordshire. She has worked as a therapist since 2010. Therapeutically, she works online with women across the UK who are autistic/ADHD/AuDHD (or suspect they might be). Rebecca enjoyed working on the NHS SFE project so much, that it led to her developing a consultancy service in a similar vein which is aimed at employers. This is important to Rebecca given the amount of neurodivergent people who wish to work, have much to offer but are restricted by a lack of support and understanding in this area. The service includes assessing premises for sensory friendliness, offering awareness/acceptance training for staff, training for management on how to attract, recruit and retain neurodivergent talent and more. Rebecca also has ME/CFS and has written a chapter on comorbid physical illnesses and neurodivergence for a collaborative book written by neurodivergent therapists and researchers which is due for release by PCCS Books in Feb 2025.
