Helen, a Specialist OT, graduated in 2007 in South Africa and became an Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner in 2014. With 12 years of experience in paediatric OT, she joined Witherslack Group in 2021 after immigrating to the UK. She is expanding her expertise in trauma, neurodiversity, and polyvagal theory and is training to incorporate children’s yoga into her practice.
