Caroline qualified in 2001 at the University of East Anglia. Following a junior rotation, around the world travelling trip and locum work, she commenced working in Social Care in Essex. Social Care has seen immense change since Caroline commenced in 2006. Some of this change has pathed a journey for Caroline, which has led to her current position. Caroline now works within Provider Quality, which is a role emerging position for Occupational Therapy, working directly with care providers under the prevention aspect of the Care Act 2014. Caroline has also recently taken up a position as part time lecturer at the University of Essex.
