Ashleigh qualified as an Occupational Therapist in South Africa in 2018. On graduating, she completed her mandatory Community Service year in a state hospital. Following that, she worked in a Non-profit organisation for 2 years, running a protected employment program for adults with Mental Health conditions and managing a supported living home for adults with Learning Disabilities. Ashleigh then made the move to the UK, where she worked in an Acute Mental Health facility before joining Witherslack Group. Ashleigh has a special interest in neurodiversity and mental health in adolescents, and is currently completing her SI qualification.
