TACT (Trusted Assessing and Care Training) is a leading national provider of training, consultancy and programmes specialising in assessing for equipment and home adaptations. An accredited provider of Trusted Assessor training, our courses are delivered by experienced OTs both online and at regional venues around the UK. We offer both tailored commissioned programmes and regular open courses for smaller bookings.
In 2024 we launched both a Trusted Assessor train the trainer programme for larger organisations with their own OTs and also a Trusted Assessor supervision programme for those services lacking easy access to an OT.
New training courses include Equipment for OTs – a practical refresher ideal for newly qualified OTs and those changing specialisation and Reablement in Occupational Therapy designed for OTs working in reablement services.
