Equipment Refresher for OTs

This popular practical one-day course is designed to enable OTs to assess for and prescribe minor equipment and adaptations with confidence. The course is ideal for newly qualified staff or those changing discipline expecting to be dealing with home equipment and adaptations. The course provides a boost to increase confidence and skills and includes plenty of hands-on activity. Due to the practical elements the course is not available through eLearning. 

Equipment covered includes chair and bed raisers, bath boards, seats, stair rails, rails for toileting, raised toilet seats & frames, grab rails, perching stools and small household items.
