Oliveti Accessibility was born out of a genuine desire to make a difference. Two colleagues, both parents to disabled children, felt existing services were not adequately addressing their children’s needs. Another saw a desperate need for an advocacy role to support those individuals and their families who face the daunting task of an adaptation project, pre, during, and post-construction. Together, we recognised a critical gap in the market for expert guidance and support in creating accessible living spaces. We identified that our clients needed to feel more engaged and in control of their building projects and desired to feel confident and knowledgeable in the choices they were making, not just when it came to the design of the house, but also the smaller and often overwhelming decisions that needed to be made. Oliveti Accessibility was established to fill this gap.

In addition to providing comprehensive construction solutions, Oliveti Accessibility offers a specialised consultancy service. This is aimed at professionals like case managers, occupational therapists, care professionals, and solicitors, as well as the families of those in need of guidance in this field. This includes advice and support when purchasing the right home to adapt, future proofing properties, or support with sourcing suppliers. Oliveti Group has been building for over 30 years and have extensive experience of working within the disability sector, including in specialist hospitals, care facilities, special education environments, public buildings and airports as well as within many private settings. Oliveti have positioned themselves as a full service provider to  its clients offering in-house architectural services, a manufacturing division and construction services including quantity surveying and project management. We also have our own internal Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager advising on all projects.

We are equipped to advise on the smallest of projects, such as a wetroom installation or the addition of a ramp or canopy, to the design, build and project management of the most complex projects, such as a full sale new build with a hydrotherapy pool and other specialised features.

Oliveti Accessibility is also committed to supporting individuals who have suffered lifechanging accidents and injuries, and those who are involved in litigation to secure funds for their accommodation needs.

Furthermore, Oliveti Manufacturing, another division of the Oliveti Group, enhances this offering by providing bespoke joinery solutions tailored to accessibility needs. This includes washroom systems, sensory/privacy pods, IPS systems, canopies, ramps, storage systems, and bariatric furniture to name a few. We have the experience and facilities to provide customised items designed to create functional, safe, and comfortable environments for all users.
