‘Just an extension of my role?’ – using core skills in the emerging role of case management.

In this session, Jackie will explore some of the specific issues surrounding case management in brain injury and complex disability.  She will explore scope of practice and context of delivery with reference to the standards and competency framework of the Institute of Registered Case Managers.
